Notice anything different about the screenshot below? Yes, I put a Redwood theme on CX Sales, nice huh, but that was not what I was referring to. Notice the side view on the left on the screen? Let me tell you what that is all about.

First and for all, let me start with a disclaimer. The following has absolutely nothing to with CX Sales. This is not an existing capability nor a new feature. It is just me goofing around 🙂
Side View
For some unrelated matter, I installed a Firefox add-on called ‘Side View’. This allows me to put 2 windows side by side within the same browser.

And then I started to wonder how that could but put to good use within CX Sales context. I chose to add a report that contains direct links to open up all my accounts, my opportunities, and my leads: a kind of a shortcut menu.
But this concept could be put to other uses also:
- reports sharing valuable information you always need access to
- standalone screens accessing CX Sales information through API’s
- your favorite Spotify playlist
- …

Have fun!
