I have been wondering for a while how to visualize some unconventional data into Gantt Charts. And instead of creating my own visualization, I tried combining Engagement Cloud data with a free data chart visualization library, in this case like Google Chart API’s (but also check out D3.js).
Gantt charts are typically used to visualize project schedules, workload, progress, and the order in which tasks need to be completed.
But why not being a bit more creative:
- Service Requests could be tasks for a service agent
- Opportunities could be tasks for a
salesrep - Leads could be tasks for a telemarketer
