In a previous post, I discussed the many ways CX Sales has to make reports and dashboards available to users. I shared my opinion on why hiding reports and dashboards under ‘Analytics’ is not a good idea. There is actually a much more intuitive alternative by adding a new dashboard page.
End users typically consume analytics through infolets. But if that is not enough, access a set of reports and dashboards could be created on the homepage also (e.g. the custom Sales Analysis button in the screenshot below)

In this way, a set reports and dashboards, organized in intuitive tabs, can be made available.

How to add a new dashboard page
Adding such a navigation path could not be simpler. Using a sandbox capability called ‘Page Integration’, a new page can be created referring to a dashboard or a report by adding the URL to the dashboard under ‘Web Page’

Once the page created, tabs can be added to host even more dashboards and reports.

Any group of reports and dashboards needed can be created and made available to users to consume analytics. Notice how access can be granted by role.
I hope this helps!
